My arrow keys don't move from cell to cell

I could be using MS Word, typing away and moving the cursor around with no problems, then suddenly the arrow keys don't work. But using just the arrow keys jumps the frames by a few seconds. All windows security updates are installed.
However, especially in PC games, the left and up key, down and right, or any such variation is expected to move the character diagonally. Try using the Arrow keys on other programs. Check if they are functional. This issue can occur if the Arrow keys on the keyboard are faulty. Method 1- Try connecting a different keyboard to your computer. Try the shortcut keys once again. Check if they works.
